Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded electronically, in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, between Stayivo ("SELLER") and the natural or legal person purchasing a product or service through the website ("BUYER").

2. Subject

The subject of this Agreement is the sale, delivery and performance of hotel TV systems, software licenses, IPTV/VOD services, installation and support services and related hardware products offered by the SELLER, and the determination of the parties' rights and obligations.

3. Products and Services

• Hotel TV software and subscription licenses (IPTV, VOD, hotel services modules)
• Google Android TV Box and similar hardware devices
• Installation, configuration, training and technical support services

The essential characteristics, scope and current prices of products and services are communicated to the BUYER during the quote process; the contract price is the amount stated in the quote and invoice.

4. Payment

Payments are collected through the PayTR secure payment infrastructure using Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards. All transactions are encrypted with a 256-bit SSL certificate; card details are never stored on the SELLER's systems. By confirming the order, the BUYER accepts the payment obligation.

5. Delivery and Performance

• Software licenses and digital services are performed by sending activation details to the contact channels provided by the BUYER after payment confirmation.
• Hardware products are shipped to the address provided by the BUYER via the contracted carrier.
• On-site installation services are performed at the BUYER's premises on a date agreed by the parties.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Where the BUYER acts as a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of its conclusion, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

However, pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

• Services and digital content/license activations whose performance has begun with the BUYER's explicit consent,
• Products produced or personalized according to the BUYER's specific requests and needs,
• Services instantly performed in electronic form and intangible goods instantly delivered to the consumer.

7. Returns and Cancellation

Withdrawal and return requests can be submitted via our contact form. Where the conditions are met, the amount is refunded using the original payment method within 14 days at the latest. For details, see our Delivery & Return Terms page.

8. Warranty and Support

Hardware products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. For software and services, the SELLER provides technical support under the Agreement; service interruptions are resolved within a reasonable time.

9. Dispute Resolution

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply to disputes arising from this Agreement. For BUYERs acting as consumers, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized; for commercial buyers, the courts and enforcement offices of the SELLER's place of business are authorized.

10. Effectiveness

By confirming the order or payment electronically, the BUYER is deemed to have read and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
